A community manager for your masjid, without the hire.
Somebody has to send the newsletter, keep the events current, post, reply and answer the questions, every week. A dedicated account rep with more than ten years of community building does it on Ummah, in your voice, on your own account, with a report every month.
Less than a part-time hire, and it starts next month.
Two monthly tiers on the Advanced plan, and a bundle that adds event management and the plan itself.
The weekly rhythm your community should already have: a newsletter that goes out, events that are always current, and someone answering.
- One newsletter a week, written and sent from your account
- Events created and kept current, with reminders
- Three posts a week on your feed
- Replies to member posts and questions within a business day
- Up to four broadcasts a month by email, push or text
- Up to two forms a month, built and wired to your members
- An engagement report every month
Everything in Essentials, plus the daily work that turns a page people follow into a community people take part in.
- Everything in Essentials
- Same-day replies and daily engagement on the feed
- Groups and committees set up and moderated as you need them
- A welcome to every new member
- Ramadan, Eid and seasonal campaigns planned a month ahead
- Unlimited broadcasts, forms and announcements
- Program and fundraising campaign promotion
- A quarterly planning call with your board
The Full tier, every event set up and promoted, one fully managed event each quarter, and the Advanced plan itself in the price.
- Everything in Full
- Every event set up and promoted, all year
- One fully managed event each quarter
- The Advanced plan included: 0% platform fee, kiosk, TV displays, website
- One invoice, one team, one account
Three-month minimum on Essentials and Full, then month to month with thirty days notice. Engagement takes a quarter to show, and you should decide from the numbers in the monthly report, not from a feeling. Community + Events runs on a twelve-month term with the Advanced plan included. The Advanced plan is required on every tier because a staff login and the audit log are how we work on your account without your admin password.
What a community manager does, done.
Every week
- The newsletter, written in your voice and sent to your members
- New events created, old ones closed, reminders scheduled
- Posts on your feed: announcements, program highlights, reminders, Jumu’ah notes
- Replies to member posts, questions and dua requests
Every month
- Broadcasts by email, push or text for the things that cannot wait
- Forms built and connected: volunteer sign-ups, feedback, registrations
- Groups and committees opened, tidied or closed as the community changes
- A report with real numbers: members joined, active members, posts and replies, registrations
Always
- A dedicated account rep with 10+ years of community building experience
- Your voice, from a voice sheet you approve in the first week
- Religious questions routed to your imam, never answered by us
- Everything done from a staff login on your account, in your audit log
Posts and replies happen where your members already are
Your Community Portal has a moderated feed, announcements by email, push and text, events with reminders, and groups. We use all of it from a staff login on your account. Members see your organization, not an agency, and when they reply, someone answers.
- Announcements to everyone, a role or a tagged group, by email, push and text
- A moderated feed where posts and dua requests get a reply
- Events with registration, reminders and the prayer time on the page
- Groups and committees with their own members and posts

Every action we take is in your audit log
We never hold your admin password. You grant a staff role with the permissions you choose, and every post, send and edit is logged under our name. Revoke the login and we are out the same minute. Your members, your data and your account stay yours.
- A staff role you define, down to the checkbox
- An audit log of every action, by whom and when
- Access you can revoke at any time
- Member data never leaves your organization
In your voice, within your lines.
Your account, your data
We work from a staff login on your Community Portal that you grant and can revoke at any time. Every post, reply and send is in your audit log under our name. Nothing moves off your account, and your members never become ours.
Your voice
In the first week we write a one-page voice sheet from how your board, your imam and your announcements already sound. You approve it, and nothing goes out that your admin would not say. Arabic terms, honorifics and spellings follow your house style, not ours.
Religious questions go to your imam
We do not answer a fiqh question, ever. When one comes in we acknowledge it, route it to whoever you name, and post the answer only when they give it. The same goes for anything about a dispute inside the community.
What we will not post
Politics, fundraising for causes you have not approved, anything we cannot verify, and commentary on observances your community does not keep. We do not run your WhatsApp groups and we do not post to personal accounts.
This works when we work together.
We can run the room. We cannot fill it alone. In the first quarter your community needs to hear from you that Ummah is where things happen now, and we need access without blockers. Everything stays on your account.
- A staff login on your Community Portal, which is why the Advanced plan is required
- One named contact who answers us within two business days
- Your event calendar, program list and the announcements you already send, so we start from what is true
- An introduction to the community in the first month: we draft it, you send it or we send it from you
- Your help marketing Ummah to your own members in the first quarter: the join link in the Friday announcement, a QR code at the door, the app on your TV display
Five steps, and the first newsletter goes out in week two.

Discovery call
We learn how your community runs today: who announces what, where members actually look, and what has gone quiet.

Access and the voice sheet
You grant a staff login and approve a one-page voice sheet and the posting rules. Nothing is posted until you have.
- 03We do this
Launch month
We load your events, set up groups, send the first newsletter and run the welcome campaign. You send the Friday announcement that tells the community where to find all of it.
- 04We do this
Every week
The newsletter goes out, events stay current, posts go up, questions get answered. You see the weekly plan before it runs if you want to, or pull anything within the hour if you would rather we just run.

The monthly report and the quarterly review
Real numbers from your Portal every month. After the first quarter you decide whether to carry on, month to month from then.
