What updates itself

Prayer times, upcoming events, and donation campaigns all read from your Community Portal. Your admin changes them where they already change them, and the site follows. Nobody edits the website.

What you send us

Your text and your photos. We will tell you exactly what is needed and in what order. Chasing content is the single slowest part of any website build, so the faster this comes back, the faster you launch.

What is included

Six pages, two rounds of changes on the design, and one site per organization. If you need more pages than that we will quote it before starting, never after.

What happens after launch

Send us the change and we will quote it. Small text corrections are on us. We host the site and keep it patched for as long as your plan is active.

The questions every community leader asks before they commit.

You do. It stays registered in your organization’s name, on your account. If you do not have one yet we will help you buy it, in your name, not ours. We host the site and we do not hand over the codebase, but the domain and everything on it is yours.
Most organizations we talk to do, and it was last touched years ago. We build the new one on a staging link first, so your current site stays up the whole time. Nothing changes for your community until you have walked the new one and said go.
The parts that go stale, prayer times, events, and donation campaigns, update themselves from your Portal, so those never need editing. For page text and photos, you send us the change and we make it. That is deliberate: sites break when five people have login details and one of them edits a template at midnight.
The build is included with a twelve-month Advanced commitment, so the site is paid for over that year. After it, if you move down to Basic, we keep hosting the site and it keeps working. If you want to take it elsewhere, we will hand over your content and point your domain wherever you say.
No. On Free, your Community Page is the free option and it covers a lot: prayer times, events, contact details, and a public profile that Google can index. The branded website is a Basic or Advanced service.
You write it, we shape it. You know your community, your programs, and how your board wants to sound. We will give you a structure, tell you roughly how long each piece should be, and edit what comes back so it reads well and consistently.
Two on the design, plus corrections at the staging stage. In practice that is enough, because you approve the plan and the sitemap before any design work starts, so there are no surprises at the reveal.
Your organization’s Arabic name and prayer names are part of every template as standard. A fully right-to-left site is possible but it is a different amount of work, so raise it on the discovery call and we will scope it properly rather than promise it here.

Included on Advanced. On Basic it is $15 a month, or $150 a year if you prepay. That covers hosting, the SSL certificate, security updates, uptime monitoring, and small text or photo changes when you send them over. There is no server for your team to think about and no surprise bill when traffic spikes in Ramadan.
Honestly, the servers are the cheap part. What $15 covers is a person keeping the site patched, watching that it stays up, and turning your changes around. We would rather charge a small amount and actually do that than host it free and quietly stop looking at it, which is how most masjid sites end up five years out of date.
