Each of the 10 questions scores 0, 3, 7, or 10 points based on how systematic your current approach is, for a total out of 100. Questions map to six pillars (events, communications, donations, members, volunteers, analytics) so you also get a per-pillar breakdown. Tiers: 0 to 39 is Foundational, 40 to 64 is Growing, 65 to 84 is Organized, 85 to 100 is Exemplary.
