The platform fee applies to paid event tickets, programs, and memberships. It is added at checkout and paid by the attendee or member, so you bank the full price on every plan. Free plan: 3%. Basic: 1.5%. Advanced: 0%. Donations carry no platform fee at all, on any plan, only your payment processor's standard rate.
